Hombu Dojo Competition Class and Squad.

The Hombu Dojo run a competition class most Saturdays at 3pm.

If you have an interest in competing in Kata or Kihon ask your Sensei about attending the class to work towards representing the Hombu Dojo at competitions nationally.

Some of these competitors may also be asked to compete in the National Squad at National and International Events for the HDKI.  The HDKI squad train together monthly and selections for International competitions are made from those attending and training each month.
