The Prize this week will be the dvd Karate Principles by Scott Langley!  So while that is an Awesome Prize it's mostly for fun.  The Competition will be judged by the elite panel of Sensei Scott Langley, Ross Stewart, Audrius Janusauskas and Ruadhan Mew.
