Well done to the competitors representing the Hombu Dojo at the Munster Open Championship in Cork on Sunday 12th April.   They came home with 7 medals – Bronze and Silver for Karen in the Veterans Kata and Veterans Ladies Kumite respectively, Silver for Shauna in Senior Ladies Kata and Gold in the Ladies Kumite, Gold for Frank in Kumite and Double Gold for Max in Kumite and Kata.  Well done everyone.  Magnificent work.
