Happy New Year to All and a reminder that classes begin again on Thursday 5th January with

the 4 o'clock class in the Swan Leisure, 

the 4.30pm and 5.30pm classes in Ranelagh Hombu Dojo

and the 5.30pm class in Terenure Sports Club.

And then from Friday we're all back to normal.
