Aidan Trimble, 7th Dan, started karate in 1972 achieving Shodan in 1977. First selected for Great Britain in 1978 aged 17yrs and competing around the World until 1994, he was four times British Champion, Four times European Team Champion and in 1983 won the SKI Individual Kumite title in Tokyo Japan. He formed the Federation of Shotokan Karate in 1986 and has produced many international Champions, written several books on Karate and produced a series of DVD’s that sell throughout the World. Aidan is now a 7th Dan and runs a full time Dojo in Nottingham, England.

Adults and Green Belt+ Children: 10am – 12pm & 12.30pm – 2pm
cost: Adults €30; Children (under 16yrs) €20

Sunday 14th June
White Belt Children: 10am – 11am
Orange to Yellow Belt Children: 1pm – 2pm
