This year our Kangeiko is from January 26th to February 1st, every morning from 7am until 8am.

Kangeiko is Japanese for Cold Training, a traditional way of building spirit.  We will welcome all Karate students, adults and children, for a morning run followed by training in the dojo every morning starting on Monday the 26th of January and every morning that week.  The last day will be Sunday February 1st when after the training we will provide breakfast for everyone in the dojo.  We’ll have spot prizes throughout the week, and every participant completing the whole week will receive a certificate to commemorate such a fine achievement.  However don’t be put off, even if you only can do one or two mornings during the week we’d be delighted for you to join in.  Bring the whole family even if only one of you trains with us.  Last year we had over 100 individual participants throughout the week and we’d love to welcome more into the dojo this year.
