KATA-THON 2017
The Perfect Way to Perfect Your KATA!
On Sunday 30th April at 10am we will embark on Two Hours of KATA.
Suitable for All we will go through all the Heian Kata and also some others as we move along.
How Many Can You Do?
We're asking you to take part and to ask friends and family to sponsor you in this trial by Kata. All proceeds will go to support the HDKI Ireland National Squad.
