Well done to all who took part in the Kata-thon to support the WTKO Ireland Squad.  Over 50 people took part and some people did over 120 katas!  Starting with Heian Shodan at 2.30pm, moving through Heian Nidan, Heian Sandan, Heian Yondan,  Heian Godan and finishing up with Tekki Shodan.
