Congratulations to Frank Moran who is now a reigning Irish National Kumite Champion (ONAKAI National Junior Kumite Championships on October 18th 2014)!  Frank fought through 4 rounds to take the Gold Medal in his class on Saturday much to the delight of his coach, Sensei Palma Diosi.  She said “I’m so proud of him, he did everything I told him to do and more.”  So Congratulations Palma and again congratulations Frank.  And well done to the five others representing Hombu Dojo in other classes, they may not have placed in the medals but they each put in an excellent performance.  Well Done All!
