Training: 10am - 12pm and 12.30pm - 2pm

Grading: 2pm - 5pm

Sunday:
Morning: White Belt kids
Training: 10am - 11am
Cost: €12

Grading: 11am - 12.30pm

Afternoon: Orange - Yellow (9th - 7th kyu) kids
Training: 1pm - 2pm
Cost: €12

Scott Langley

Scott LangleyScott Langley, 6th Dan, is the technical director for the WTKO GB & Ireland. He lived in Japan for 5 years and is now resident in Dublin, Ireland where he runs Hombu Dojo Karate. A graduate of the famous instructors' course in Japan, Scott has been a successful competitor with National, European and World Championship titles to his name. He is the author of the best-selling Karate Stupid and is in great demand as an instructor both in Ireland and abroad.

Scott MiddletonScott Middleton, 6th Dan, is the International General Secretary of the WTKO and a member of the Executive Committee.  Starting karate in 1986, Scott began competing nationally in 1990, achieving numerous first places in both kata and kumite. During this time he was also a member of the ISKF National Team, competing internationally for the JKA. In 2006 he joined the WTKO and is now an A Class instructor, Examiner and Referee and graduate of the WTKO Instructor's Programme.
