From Sunday 29th September we will have classes in our Ranelagh dojo!

10am for all adult and children beginners - another opportunity for Families to train together - up to 5th kyu (purple belt)

11am for all adult and children high grades - that's 4th kyu and above.

If you're in the middle there and the rest of your family or friends are in the Other class then that's fine, come along.  If you're a purple belt but are hanging out with the brown and black belts sort of thing.  Or if you're a black belt but your kids are yellow, you're welcome to train at 10am too.

Hopefully this will help, giving our members More Choice of when to train.
